Bio

It all started in 1978 when I asked my grandma to buy me a Pong handheld game from GC Murphy at the mall. After that I played Dungeons and Dragons and sports games with my brothers on Intellivision. We got a Commodore 64 after that. My brother and I competed on who could program the best. In the 80’s I played many games on my Atari. (Classic Space Invaders to Journey Escape. In the 90’s I got married and had a son. We played games on our Apple Macintosh. We also bought every game system that came out; GameCube, Playstation, XBox, etc.

My son grew up to be a software engineer and I have continued gaming. I spent years playing World of Warcraft at 4 in the morning.

I started playing Fortnite in Season 4 after my 5th grade students were so interested in it. I thought it would be a good way for me to connect with my students. I played on a Switch at first. I then bought a Playstation 4. Now I have upgraded to a PC, but I’m still a controller player.
